Class Information and Enrollment

 

The Fear of Flying Clinic offers two types of classes:

 

1) 4-Day Clinic

The Clinic is 4 days of class total, spanning 2 consecutive weekends and includes the cost of a Graduation Flight. The Clinic itinerary includes what is offered in the Workshop, in addition to tours of a maintenance hangar and air traffic control tower, and a graduation flight. Tours include presentations by their respective aviation professionals. A take-home resource guide is included as well as access to audio relaxation exercises. COST: $995

 

2) 1-Day Workshop

The Workshop is a 1-day class is a one-day presentation by a commercial airline pilot, with time for Q and A, and an introduction to the therapeutic process of Cognitive Behavior Therapy. A take-home resource guide is included as well as access to audio relaxation exercises. COST: $250

*note: if you should take the workshop and then sign up for the clinic, within one calendar year, the cost of the workshop will be applied to the cost of the clinic.

"Early Bird Special"

We offer a discount if you register three weeks in advance for either the clinic or the workshop.  The amounts are $50 for the Clinic and $25 for the Workshop. Just make the early bird pricing selection at check out.

Payment Processing

 

After you have registered, please click HERE to go to the payment page to pay your deposit to secure your registration seat, or, if you wish, the full amount.

FOFC Cancellation Policy

 

For the 1-day Workshop: If you need to cancel your workshop enrollment, a full refund will be granted up to 48 hours prior to 9 a.m. of the workshop date.

​

If you need to cancel less than 48 hours prior to 9 a.m. of the workshop date, you will receive a refund of your paid total minus your $75 deposit.

​

If you are a no-show to the workshop, no refund will be granted.

​

For the 4-day Clinic: If you need to cancel your Clinic enrollment, a full refund will be granted up to 2 weeks prior the first Saturday of the Clinic. The reason for this is because we have to secure plane ticket reservations.

​

If you need to cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the first Saturday of the Clinic, you will receive a refund of your paid total minus your $350 deposit.

​

If you are a no-show to the Clinic, no refund will be granted.

​

We are aware "life happens" and scheduling for a 4-day Clinic can become complicated. Feel free to contact our office and let us know of your particular situation so we can see how we can assist you.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any Clinic or Workshop if there is insufficient registration. In such a scenario, we will let you know as soon as possible, and a full refund is guaranteed to all paid registrants.

Special "Graduate Rate"

​

Sometimes, FOFC graduates are interested in coming back for a subsequent "refresher" course after they've graduated. We welcome them, and offer a special reduced rate (within a year) for graduated clients. COST: $350
