Are you afraid to fly?
You are not alone...
Welcome to the Fear of Flying Clinic.
And welcome to the first day of the rest of your life. Freedom from the fear of flying is absolutely within your grasp—freedom to experience flight as a low-stress event, even a comfortable one, free from the turmoil of panic. We're here to support you as you push past anxiety, past dread, past paralysis—into relief and empowerment.
If just thinking about getting on an airplane gives you heart palpitations—trust us, you're not alone. Or: are you able to successfully talk yourself into stepping onto the flight, but once onboard you're a “white knuckler” for the duration, gripping the armrest in a steady state of anxiety until touchdown? Have you dreaded flying for as long as you can remember? Or, were you a perfectly happy flyer for years—then suddenly found yourself having a full-blown panic attack on the plane? These are many people's stories.
Fear of flying is pervasive—and widely unaddressed. Experts estimate that it afflicts between 20-30% of the population, and so disruptively that 1 in 8 Americans deliberately avoids flying altogether. According to the National Institute for Mental Health, 6.5% of the population suffers from a fear of flying so severe it can be categorized as an anxiety disorder or phobia—that's more than 20 million people. But in our ever-shrinking, fast-paced world, we're expected to jet across the globe at a moment's notice. Family, business, and travel adventure depend on it—no less than living life to its fullest depends on it.
The cost of staying tethered to the fear may become more than you're willing to pay—especially if it escalates over the years from a fear that nags, to a panic that dominates. Avoiding flying—at all costs—often means missing out on pinnacle life events, sacrificing meaningful connections with far-away loved ones, passing on major career opportunities, and forgoing the joys of life-changing travel—in other words: it can stop your life and your momentum in its tracks.
If your fear of flying is holding you back from the life you want to lead, know that help is available. Your fear is real and important—and it deserves your attention.

What Our Clients Are Saying...
The Clinic has given me something absolutely invaluable, which has touched other areas of my life: the courage to face a fear, the knowledge that 'I can!' It has given me the physical freedom which has broadened all my horizons. Thank you! — Danielle
I can't believe that I now make plans to go places I I had shut completely out of my life before. It's wonderful. Thanks for helping me open up the world again. — Margo
All the skills and knowledge I acquired from the Clinic really helped me. I feel better about myself and have already benefited professionally as a result of being able to fly again. — Nelson
I'm happy to report that the flight was a success! I was anxious during takeoff, but it lasted less than a minute or two. The breathing exercises really helped. The rest of the flight was uneventful for me and I even was able to get up and walk about the cabin a few times. You have no idea how big this is for me. I'm not cured by any stretch, but me and my wife are eternally grateful. I got my freedom back again and it's all thanks to you and the program. —Rich
Thank you so much for the amazing experience at the Fear of Flying Clinic! I learned so much from all of you and I can't thank you enough for all the support you provided during the clinic. I expected my anxiety to be 'cured' before the clinic, I see now that is not a realistic outcome, but I feel like I am in a much better position to identify and replace my irrational beliefs. Thank you all for giving me the tools and confidence to do so!" — Mica
