Fear of Flying 1-day Online Workshop

This will be an information-packed workshop spanning a whole day, Saturday, March 26 from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. It will be facilitated by pilot, First Officer Jeff Berry and one of our licensed therapists, Paula Zimmerman. For more detailed information about our program specifics, please look on our website.

The agenda may be adjusted slightly but in general, topics in the workshop will be as follows:

Introductions

Introduction to Cognitative Behavior Therapy Exercise

Pilot presentation: Training and Hiring

                                       Mechanics of Flight

                                       Weather/turbulence and Safety

                                       Open Q and A

Therapy Exercises: Deep Breathing, Anxiety and Exposure and Cognitive Behavior Therapy

There will be a one hour break for lunch and stretching breaks because we know Zoom fatigue is a thing :)

A few days prior to the day of the workshop, the FOFC office will email your class materials and any last minute reminders or announcements.

Full Refunds will be given with 24 hours advance notice. No refunds will be given for no-shows the day of.

We reserve the right to cancel any Clinic or Workshop if there is insufficient registration. In such a scenario, we will let you know as soon as possible, and either you can be enrolled in the next workshop or a full refund will be given.

As a participant in the FEAR OF FLYING CLINIC, I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the FEAR OF FLYING CLINIC, its representatives, consultants, lecturers, officers, directors or employees from any and all liability relating to any matter relating to the program. Additionally, I agree to hold harmless and indemnify all involved in the program in any manner whatsoever. That further, I agree that there shall  be no liability on the part of the FEAR OF FLYING CLINIC, its representatives, consultants, lecturers, officers, directors or employees for the content of any of the sessions or as to any activity related directly or indirectly to the FEAR OF FLYING CLINIC.
