This will be an information-packed 4-day Clinic where we will have a pilot presenter as well as a therapist facilitator and past graduate moderator, tour of a maintenance hangar and, presentations by air traffic controllers, in addition to taking a graduation flight on the last day of the clinic.

About the event
Scheduled over two weekends on October 17 - 18 and 24 - 25, 2026, this highly informative 4-day Clinic will be facilitated by a pilot, a licensed therapist, and FOFC graduate moderator. The enrollment fee is $850, which covers the cost of the graduation flight. The last day includes a one-day, round-trip graduation flight to Seattle, Portland or LAX.
To register, complete this checkout process. Once we receive your registration and payment, someone from our office will email you an additional registration questionnaire within 24 hours, so please keep an eye on your email, and respond as soon as possible. As the clinic approaches, the office will send an email containing FAQs and directions. Agendas and class materials will be distributed on the first day.
Registration will close at 5 PM, Sept 10, 2026, or once capacity has been reached.
