Class Pricing and Payment Options

Class prices:

​

Clinic $995

Workshop:  $250

​

Deposit $350 (For the Clinic)

Deposit $75 (For The Workshop)

 

Remaining balance is due by/on the first day of the event.

"Early Bird Special"

We offer a discount if you register three weeks in advance ($25 for the Workshop and $50 for the Clinic). If you are paying the full amount, just choose the discounted amount at checkout. If you are just paying the deposit, that is okay too, we will keep track of your registration date to make sure you get the discount applied to your balance.

Payment can be made in any of the following ways:

​

1)  Paypal: FOFC uses PayPal for its credit card processing company. You can pay with your credit card through PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal Account. Just choose the "guest payment" option on PayPal's website.

​

Click the payment amount you want to pay from the drop down menu below for either the Workshop or the Clinic. Then click "add to cart" which will take you to the PayPal website to complete the check-out transaction.

2)  By Check: please make the check out to "The Fear of Flying Clinic"

and mail to:  Fear of Flying Clinic PO Box 2194, Santa Clara, CA  95055.

If paying by check, please mail enough in advance so we receive the

check by the first day of the class.

​

3)  In person: At the airport on the first day of class, we can process your remaining balance using your credit card.

 

Special "Graduate Rate"

​

Sometimes, FOFC graduates are interested in coming back for a subsequent "refresher" course after they've graduated. We welcome them, and offer a special reduced rate (within a year) for graduated clients. COST: $350

​

FOFC Cancellation Policy

 

For the 1-day Workshop: If you need to cancel your workshop enrollment, a full refund will be granted up to 48 hours prior to 9 a.m. of the workshop date.

​

If you need to cancel less than 48 hours prior to 9 a.m. of the workshop date, you will receive a refund of your paid total minus your $75 deposit.

​

If you are a no-show to the workshop, no refund will be granted.

​

For the 4-day Clinic: If you need to cancel your Clinic enrollment, a full refund will be granted up to 2 weeks prior the first Saturday of the Clinic. The reason for this is because we have to secure plane ticket reservations.

​

If you need to cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the first Saturday of the Clinic, you will receive a refund of your paid total minus your $350 deposit.

​

If you are a no-show to the Clinic, no refund will be granted.

​

We are aware "life happens" and scheduling for a 4-day Clinic can become complicated. Feel free to contact our office and let us know of your particular situation so we can see how we can assist you.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any Clinic or Workshop if there is insufficient registration. In such a scenario, we will let you know as soon as possible, and a full refund is guaranteed to all paid registrants.
